I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor.  I have many years experience working in the mental health field and in several mental health settings including inpatient, outpatient and crisis intervention. 

I am passionate about women's issues, helping people build healthy relationships, and supporting people in living a more fulfilling life.  I offer treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief and loss among others.  

I use a creative and introspective lens to help you gain insight to  facilitate positive change for a more fulfilling life.  My aim is to create a safe, non judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to foster growth, independence and healing.
